We are all Leaders
We've all had leaders, both good and bad. We ARE all leaders to someone who is coming along behind us. But have you ever stopped to evaluate what makes someone a great leader vs. a not so great leader?
What makes people love you? They don't care how much you know until they know how much you care.
What makes people follow you? Truth, integrity, knowledge?
I recently read a post by Michael Hyatt called “A Tale of Two Leaders: Which Are You?” in which he relates his experiences with two very different leaders. He draws his own conclusions, but I felt they were good ones. Read it and then let me know, do you have a leader you look up to? What are the qualities that make them a great leader?
