Readers vs. Numbers
We tend to get caught up in the numbers when it comes to business. The numbers are important, but we need to remember that each of those numbers represents a reader – a real person who took time out of their day to read what you had to say. A person who likely had numerous options and decided to look to you to help solve their problem.
Your readers need to know you care.
